Another 1 hour color project!

I know it's more work on your part, but I think it's totally worth it for you to do your comic in color--characters really pop!

Yeah, I really want to figure out a way to keep up with coloring every page. An hour is a tad too much for me to be certain that I can keep up with doing a page every day, though.
Tomorrow's page is a 30 minute (!) color job experiment, which is something that may be doable on a daily basis with my schedule.
I just have to find a balance between spare time and quality. If most scenes would be okay with a "flat" color job, with some shading and effects for the action scenes, we might be in business!
Just from my perspective, I'd prefer fewer updates to higher quality (like maybe every other day instead of everyday?) It also seems to be the standard here for story comics (not gag-a-day ones) to update only weekly, so you wouldn't be alone in that.

I hear you!
I'm looking at a good 1200 pages to catch up to where I left off in the story, though, so I'm loath to slow down. That's already more than three years of posting every day ahead of me, haha.
If my speed-color jobs end up looking poorer than the B&W version, maybe I'll do one full-color page a week like I'm doing over on TT instead.
These are phenomenal colors. I love the brilliance of the energy effects and the use of shadowing. It's really a honed skill. Nice work!!!!

Thanks! And this was my attempt at a speed run! :D
This is awesome!

Thanks! I was looking forward to your reaction when you came back and found I had switched over to color. :)
Did I make it to the all color pages? WOOT!
Matt Knab
You sure did! Thanks for sticking it out! :D
To tell you the truth, I found it quite difficult to differentiate your characters in B&W - especially with the close-up views. Keep in mind, this is -my own- opinion, and I have the same problem with MOST B&W comics (Silver being one of the exceptions).
Matt Knab
A fair point! It switches over to color almost completely from here on. :)
